Drop in on our weekly activities for adults of all abilities. All supplies are provided and no registration is necessary. If you have questions or would like to bring a large group email Jeanne at JCove@mclinc.org.

1st Thursday of the month; Movement (stretching, chair yoga, occasionally physical games as the group decides and according to abilities of participants)

2nd Thursday of the month: Art (learn about an artist and create in their style, we occasionally do craft projects)

3rd Thursday of the month: Karaoke (Sing alongs with a microphone and youtube lyrics on our wall screen, participants take turns choosing songs)

4th Thursday of the month: Bingo
