Join us at the library for clay fun!

Unleash your creativity as we explore the art of clay sculpting. In this hands-on workshop, children will learn how to sculpt pinch pots, coil pots, and other fun forms using air-dry modeling clay. We'll provide all the materials, including pottery tools and paint, so kids can sculpt, decorate, and take home their own unique masterpieces.

In addition to classic pottery techniques, participants will get to:

Try creative challenges like making a clay animal or mini sculpture garden

Paint and personalize their creations with vibrant colors

Explore their imagination

This program is perfect for budding artists ages 8 to 12. No experience necessary-just bring your imagination and get ready to get a little messy!

This is a 3 session program. PARTICIPANTS MUST ATTEND ALL THREE SESSIONS. Week one children will sculpt their pieces, week two children will paint their dried pieces and sculpt more pieces, week 3 children will paint all their remaining dried pieces and take their creations home!
